The body of Christ is one body, working together for the edifying of the body. To humble yourself, and to magnify the body of Jesus Christ, esp. to those who are less esteemed.

What I see in common is discussion of the spiritual gifts. However, I’m not sure what your point is here. Is this directed to denominations that don’t believe in spiritual gifts?

I would say that the theme of humility is in both passages. In 1 Cor 12:14-27 Paul talks about treating one another with respect and dignity, no matter what position the person may have in the body of Christ. In Phil 2 Paul talks about taking the position of a servant in humility and not regarding yourself as higher than others.

God is not a regarder of personages.

    Romans 2:
11For there is no respect of persons with God.

We are all His children and loved by Him. This does not mean He likes or approve of some of our thoughts or actions.
